Located in the beautiful Banhoek Valley near Stellenbosch overlooking majestic mountains and vineyards as far as the eye can see is The Zorgvliet wine estate. This award winning wine estate offers luxury accommodation, conference facilities and a stunning wedding venue.

During warm summer days, the enclosed courtyard at Zorgvliet is the ideal place to enjoy the sun lounging in a comfortable deck chair beside the sparkling pool. During winter months, the cosy private lounge is a relaxing retreat with a welcoming fireplace to keep out the winter chill.

Guests at the Zorgvliet Vineyard Lodge & Spa have the choice of two restaurants. A delectable buffet breakfast is prepared by the Lodge's own chef in the elegant dining room boasting floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to meet the sunrise. Guests are also invited to visit the Zorgvliet Herenhuis Restaurant for traditional South African cuisine prepared with a contemporary twist.

Le Pommier Restaurant
Le Pommier Restaurant is situated on a part of the historic Zorgvliet farm which used to be an apple farm. This restaurant has a well-earned reputation for gourmet food for discerning diners and friendly service. The Le Pommier menu is best described as a selection of traditional South African dishes with a flavour inspired by French Huguenots.

Zorgvliet's picnic season in the Cape winelands provides an ideal opportunity to get away from the cities hustle and bustle. Enjoy a delectable picnic basket complimented by Zorgvliet's award winning wines in the shade of an ancient oak with the accompaniment of a bubbling stream.

Guests are invited to the old stables to sample the selection of Award-winning wines that are produced on the Zorgvliet Estate. Visitors come from all over the world to sample these wines - under the flagship Zorgvliet, Silver Myn, Le Pommier and Spring Grove labels.

The Spa at the Zorgvliet Vineyard Lodge
At the magnificent Zorgvliet Spa experienced therapists provide various treatments such as facials, body massages, aromatherapy and reflexology.

The Zorgvliet Spa offers a variety of body and skin treatments such as wraps and scrubs as well as detoxifying, anti-stress and slimming treatments. The spa at Zorgvliet also offers manicures, pedicures and waxes as well as a steam room and sunbed. Guests are invited to relax with a glass of Zorgvliet wine in the spa bath and soothe stress away in this secluded sanctuary in the heart of the Banhoek Valley.

In celebration of its location in the heart of the Cape winelands, the Zorgvliet Spa uses the authentic TheraVINE range, developed by Stellenbosch-based cosmetologist Lisa Smit. TheraVINE's patented process draws on extracts of the vine's powerful anti-oxidants, which are known to successfully combat ageing and act as an antidote to stress and pollutants.
