Accommodation

Each suite boasts its own unique appeal, and promises a memorable experience of authentic Africa in style and elegance.

Moon River
The Moon River Suite has gorgeous views of the forests, river and surrounding South African beauty. The rim-flow pool is situated right on the edge of this stunning scene, and an outdoor daybed on stilts promises an oasis of peace.

Full Moon
Full Moon is situated on top of the estate of Timamoon Lodge. The views extend over the Sabie Valley and Sabie River. The private rock pool and outdoor daybed make for an idyllic ambience. This suite has a large log fireplace as well as an outside shower for an entirely novel African experience.
New Moon
The private pool of this suite is situated on the edge of the hill and overlooks the valley and its gorgeous vegetation. It is over the valley that the orange African sun sets, promising stunning views on every clear South African dusk. The outdoor shower is the perfect end to a day spent exploring the South African bush. New Moon has been decorated using Persian pebble carpets and impressive artefacts and the lighting creates a sense of mysticism.

Blue Moon
This suite is all about relaxation and exquisite vistas. Situated away from the outside world, Blue Moon is private. The views are best enjoyed from the deck with its pebble pool or from the daybed, which hangs outside and sways lazily over the Sabie Valley. Apart from the romantic four-poster bed and inviting fireplace, the bathroom is also particularly intimate. Lanterns set the scene for relaxation and their patterns reflect on the wall to create a magical mood.

Amber Moon
Amber Moon is nestled beneath towering trees and next to the forests and the banana plantations. It has a private garden, tropical in its nature and vegetation as well as a private deck and swimming pool. The deck surrounding the pool invites weary travellers to relax under the warm South African sun and listen to the restful melody of the local birdlife.

The lounge is characterised by Moroccan carpets and Indian doors, which create an exotic atmosphere. The bath can accommodate two adults.

Many Moons
This lodge is thatched and is situated on the hill of the forest. The rim-flow pool is situated just beneath he deck and the interior boasts Moroccan décor and Saharan artefacts. One of the favourite features is the sizeable bath, located just under the window that is framed by an Indian window frame. The view from this window exposes tall trees and lush foliage, while the smells and sounds float through on the fresh air of the forest.
