The nearby town of Paarl, right in the heart of the famous Cape Winelands, is surrounded by wine estates nestled amongst the mountains and is easily accessible from Cape Town and Cape Town International Airport. Also close by are the towns of Wellington, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, well known for their vineyards and each featuring a special piece of history.
