Situated in the game rich Sabi Sand Game Reserve, Kruger National Park, the exclusive Idube Game Lodge offers guests a peaceful retreat away from the stresses of city life.

Built under towering jackalberry trees and surrounded by green lawns, the Idube Game Lodge attracts a variety of birds and animals large and small. The shady gardens feature a boulder pool and suspended walkway to a secluded sunken hide where elephants can be viewed bathing or lions quenching their thirst.

Accommodation:

Accommodation at the Lodge is designed for indulgent comfort, with individually decorated chalets featuring air conditioning, overhead fans and mosquito screens. A welcome feature is the outside shower - a perfect solution to the African heat.

Dining:

Varied dining is offered at Idube Game Lodge - from sumptuous bush breakfasts to delicious South African dishes including house specialities such as venison, accompanied by the finest South African wines. Served in the bush boma open to the sounds of the bush and starlit sky, guests will enjoy culinary delights both European and African, prepared by the talented chefs.

Activities :

Daily game drives and bush walks led by skilled rangers and Shangaan trackers offer close up viewing opportunities of a wide variety of animals, reptiles and birds, including Africa's Big 5. Nature walks accompanied by a knowledgeable ranger unveil the secrets of the African earth and the fascinating uses of the local plant life.

After an exciting night drive, guests gather at the thatched bar to relive the day's experiences, followed by a mouth watering feast in the boma.

Guests are invited to enjoy a glass of red wine around the fire listening to the magical sounds of the bush whilst rangers enthral with their best bush tales.
