The 12 luxury cave-chi suites have been carved into the landscape and boats well designed roofs that are covered in an African veld. The decor has been tastefully done with rich wood and silken fabrics. A romantic setting is created with the luscious king size bed with a silk canopy nestled above. Guests who fancy an outdoor shower can access the shower through the waterfall of sparkling coloured beds that cascade over the door. The lounge in the luxury cave leads onto a lavish bath, suitable for 2, overlooking the bushveld. All this is complimented by the glass encased fireplace and stalactite shapes that provide a soft haze light in the suites. The Honeymoon Suite A perfect setting that is both secluded and romantic; the Honeymoon Suite offers silk curtains surrounding the spa bath area and a lavish canopy nestling above the king size bed. In-suite dining by the fireside dining room, with a bird viewing window, adds to the romance. The Presidential Suite The Presidential Suite boasts the standard amenities plus a boardroom that is able to seat up to 8 people. The double showers available open onto a private garden that offers a small splash pool as the centre piece. The Presidential Suite is ideal for a romantic evening or small executive meetings. Dining The roots gourmet restaurant, a renowned top fine dining restaurant, is an extension to the Forum Homini Boutique Hotel. Guests who visit the restaurant can expect to indulge and enjoy delicious meals inspired by African, Asian and French influences. The menus are well designed and are changed daily to include six-course dinner and four-course lunch menus known as menu degustation. Each dish is prepared with passion, flair and creativity in mind. Dishes are is served with an option of course-matched wines to compliment each dish and to satisfy the sensitive or discerning palate. All the wines served are available from the restaurant's cellar, each handpicked from a selection of South Africa wines. Wine Cellar South African wines including Hamilton Russell, Rustenberg and Cedarberg as well as a range of selected wines and champagnes from France, are some of the wines one can expect to be served from the cellar - each wine and champagne has been carefully selected to compliment the style and concept at roots restaurant.
