Guests can enjoy light gourmet dishes at the small restaurant, The Chefs Table. The menu at The Chefs Table, varies daily and includes one fish meal per day and meals are prepared making use of local fresh ingredients.

Location & Directions
Knysna, located on the N2, is approximately 500km from Cape Town and approximately R260km from Port Elizabeth.
George (60km) and Plettenberg Bay are airport access points for flight options required.
Directions - Cape Town / George
- Drive on the N2 towards Port Elizabeth
- Drive into Knysna and turn left at the 3rd set of traffic lights into Long Street
- Drive to the end of the road, whereby you will reach a T-junction where you will turn left into Hillside Street
- Turn right into Thesen Hill and Falcon Manor View can be located immediately ahead
Directions - Port Elizabeth / Plettenberg Bay
- Drive on the N2 into Knysna
- Turn right into Long Street at the 4th set of traffic lights
- Drive to the end of the road, whereby you will reach a T-junction where you will turn left into Hillside Street
- Turn right into Thesen Hill and Falcon Manor View can be located immediately ahead
