Richard, both owner of the farmhouse and chef, has a passion for fine food. Whilst sauces are Richard's speciality in bringing the out the full flavour of food, ingredients freshly picked from the garden are a key to making food taste divine.

Richard has spent hours finding imported and local ingredients, of the highest quality, including Norwegian Salmon, procuring genuine Parma Hams and cheeses all the way from Italy.

The dinner served at the farmhouse is a 5-course meal which will be sure to give guests a dining experience they will always remember. The menu is changed daily and is based on the seasons as well as the availability of ingredients. Breakfasts are also not to be missing and are different / unusual and not to be missed.
