Restaurant
The Auberge Rozendal restaurant offers diners the choice of savouring impressive dishes on the outdoor deck, where the warm summer evenings create a certain whimsical ambience under the vines, or inside the elegant dining room, where meals and nightcaps are best enjoyed in front of the log fire. Lunch is served from 12h00 to 14h00 and dinner seating is between 19h00 and 20h00 (Monday to Sunday). Reservations are essential. While lunches and dinners are available for outside visitors, breakfasts are only available to guests.
The menu boasts French influences and fresh ingredients. In fact, milk, eggs and many of the herbs, fruits and vegetables are sourced from or grown on the property, guaranteeing only the richest, juiciest flavours. Guests may be surprised at receiving a glass of Rozendal vinegar before their meals, but this is one of the best health measures and is surprisingly refreshing.
Conferencing
The stylish four-star conference facility adds a brand new dimension to meetings and seminars. Views of the mountains and the wine farm atmosphere lift the spirits and inspire creativity.
